Notice of Special General Meeting

Having received a requisition signed by twelve members, Council has convened a Special General Meeting of the Club to be held at the Parish Hall of St. Marks Church, 1 Greenoaks Ave, Darling Point at 2.30pm Saturday 16 May 2026 for the purpose of considering and voting upon the following resolution:

“That the Club’s Rules be hereby abrogated and replaced by the Rules annexed hereto and marked with the letter A”.

Attached hereto is a copy of the Annexure marked “A” referred to above in the notice. Also attached, for the information of members, is a copy of the current Rules marked up with the proposed changes and explanatory comments.
